As you may have known, in the past we have only accepted players with a high level of skill. However, an internal clan vote has decided that rC's recruitment is now open for players of lower skill levels too. No invites are necessary, although they will help your application if you have them.
As a clan we value friendly and funny personalities first, although this doesn't mean that skill isn't needed, or will not benefit your app. All this means is that if your application would have been rejected on the grounds of skill previously, you will have a much better chance now.

Mhm. I hope this brings us more applicants in the future.
