If anyone else is interested in this weapon: save this file in sauerbraten/packages/models/hudguns/rifle. The open your mdc5 file in the same folder and look for sniper.png. Just make that sniper2.png.
Heres a new rifle skin i made. I have a ton created. Im playing with this new one atm. If you want a rifle skin or one i've already made just pm on irc
