So, my G400 (NOT the G400s) just arrived yesterday. Nice mouse but so damn heavy compared to the wmo, omg
EDIT: Just performed a test on MS Paint where I attempted to draw completely straight lines and a spiral shape to test the tracking. I tested all six mice that I currently own, all of them at 1800dpi except the wmo which was 400dpi (it doesn't go higher). Every mouse was tested at 500hz, on a QcK+ Fnatic edition.
I found it pretty interesting to see the comparison.
yes, what the hell don't buy more mice.. xD you can buy other stuff you could need instead.
and my settings Mouse: TeckNet® M268 Wired Gaming Mouse, 2000DPI (cause it's cheap) Sens.: ~11.4cm/360 (not sure if the site gave me the correct value) Screen resolution: 1920x1080 frame rate: at least 300
Remains to be seen if glass coffins become popular.
I like testing out new mice and seeing which one(s) are best. I already have plans for the next mice I'll buy, but I try to keep a period of 4 months (at least) in between buying new mice so I get a chance to fully adapt to all of them so I can objectively see which one I enjoy playing with the most. I had my wmo for about eight months and it was amazing, never even thought of trying another mouse. My deathadder was okay too, sensor was decent enough but the shape was the problem imo. So far I have no problems with the G400 other than the fact that it's heavy compared to my last mouse :P
too lazy to write again: <@Deluxe> i'm haveing troubles that the sens would suddenly be fucked sometimes, and the mouse just moves strangely/dumbly <@Deluxe> but it happens quite rarely, and if, sometimes only open the profile-editor would fix it <@Deluxe> if not -> computer restart (or wait and hope it disappears) <@Deluxe> i thought that was because the driver is not installed properly somehow ^.^ <@Deluxe> nothing too bad i'd say, since it doesnt happen too often, for me at least
I further love the mouse because it's awesome. I can not really explain you the adventages since it's my first ever gameing mouse, but i like it since i bought it. It has an eye-catching design (at least for my non-gameing friends) but still feels great. you can add weights and readjust angels of the things you lay your fingers on the side which is nice, while the button to make you aim slower (therefor you could be more precise) is quite useless, at least for me. Oh and be aware that you might get the before mentioned sensor troubles if you smash your mouse on the table (rage, etc.). i guess that's karma and i wont be mad at the mouse. better use your keyboard
Well Steelseries, it took you three fucking years, but you've finally released a mouse with a working sensor (Avago 3090, same as on Zowie EC1/2/FK/AM models). Good news for me because the Kana is fucking comfy as fuck shapewise.
