Just to explain you something, changing your IP to avoid being blacklisted is called evading the ban. However it does not mean you're not blacklisted anymore. You, as Feng, is still researched and blacklisted for what you've done in the past, so technically, you're still blacklisted, and you lied to us. GL for you app.
