I know i'm not in your sauer team anymore, but a suggestion that helped me: unbind your scoreboard from tab, so you won't bother looking at it in games. I was in the exact same place as you when I started to improve at games, and i found that the only way to actually reach a consistent skill level was to stop beating myself up about playing well or playing badly. By removing the temptation to constantly check my score while I was playing, I found I became less focused on statistics and more focused on the actual game I was playing, which allowed me to be more relaxed and less tense when I played, thus leading to me making better decisions and hitting more shots in matches.
Also, try to treat every opponent equally, so you stop comparing yourself to them. You should never use something as vague as insta/effic duels to compare skill between players because anyone can beat anyone in those modes. If you want to improve, focus less on the outcome of the game and more on what happened in the game itself. Just remember that, while raging is natural and 90% of people who play games get frustrated, if you do it in excess then all it does is serve to drive people you enjoy playing with away from you. I learnt that the hard way.

If you're using the swlacc (I still have the swlacc 7.1 saved on my mediafire if you want me to send it), you can type /explosions 0. You can compile the modifications in renderparticles.cpp yourself if you're any good with C++.
Although what most people do is replace the explosion, plasma, and ball2 png files in packages/particles. I can send you those too if you want.
So recently there has been a lot of activity regarding your application. We definitely took it seriously as you were a very potential candidate with beautiful skill as well as good integration with the rest of the community. You're a fairly likeable guy who's easy going with most things and definitely at the start of your app we were all saying the same thing "I like him, he's skilled and friendly". The reason your application took so long is mostly due to the attitude problem with raging and annoying a lot of people about how you did so bad. This is NOT something we want in the clan. Despite most of us being students of Universities and schools we are proud of our non-aggressive, friendly and calm reputation. When someone joins a server with rC members they expect friendly hello's and civil chat. This kind of personality makes us approachable by both regulars and newer players alike. It brings nervous and new players to ease and we definitely want to keep this going.
I'm afraid to say that we feel you lack this level of maturity and respect for others. We don't want it in the clan and so it is with shame that we say your application has been REJECTED.
As mentioned before. You can be a really nice guy and we would encourage that you re-apply in the future if you feel like you've matured and managed to keep that sassy attitude at bay
I hope I've given the attention that your application deserves as it was definitely a tough choice. But our decision has been finalised. We wish you GOOD LUCK for any future endeavours you may have.
